He gives a lot of background into his relationship with food. \u00a0Interesting and insightful, who doesn&#8217;t like a good food story? \u00a0The following is one of my favorite excepts:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Bitstream Charter', serif; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-color: transparent; vertical-align: baseline; padding: 0px; margin: 0px; border: 0px initial initial;\">beurre blanc, <\/span>and the fifth \u201cdeconstructed\u201d s\u2019more,<span style=\"background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-color: transparent; vertical-align: baseline; padding: 0px; margin: 0px; border: 0px initial initial;\"> <\/span>a baked potato with a little butter and salt can seem like one of humanity\u2019s most ingenious inventions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-color: transparent; margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 10px; margin-left: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;
